I thought i put in that Draco said he doesnt want command sorry, hes merely using the ship as a way to help his own personal mission, yes Raph may not allow him onto the ship, you could have have a go at Draco for being on the ship, yyou can say he snuck on. As for his age, i will change it so he is a bit older, i did create this CS over three days due to time and i did plan on changing his age but i forgot once i was editing, as i was at school and the website was blocked, i had to use an unrestrictor, which caused the website to almost run in pure html format so i apologise for all the errors, i will fix them up now.

EDIT: His bio has been updated to accommodate the rank climbing, his age has been changed and his respect among the marines has also been increased. The latest IC post has been drastically changed as to how he is on this boat and that his ship is close by now
