Now, as I'm giving a chance for Norschtalen to create an Artificer, I may allow you to create a warforged given that you can find me legitimate, non-third party or homebrewed materials that support them. Wizard of the Coast are the official makers of D&D materials. I believe warforged at from the Eberron setting, though I could be wrong.

As with all things, we can allow exceptions if we believe they could be used fairly and entertainingly.
