Name: Tom "The Hammer" Hartmann

DOB: 1st June, 2242


Description: A solidly built man with black hair and a greying beard, Hartmann wears a battered suit of combat armour under a long grey coat. He often wears a black forage cap.

Hartmann is an experienced combat veteran. In combat he is calm, controlled, and decisive. Out of it he is a level headed man with an often dry wit and acerbic sense of humour.  

Bio: Tom Hartmann was born the son of two members of the shadowy remnants of the US government in the post apocalyptic world, the Enclave. He grew up in a succession of Enclave bases, seeing action in many combat missions against raiders, Super Mutants, and the NCR. In 2269 he joined the Department of the Army's Covert Operations Executive, where he was assigned to infiltrate and destroy an NCR outpost in the Mojave. 

Following the success of the mission, he was assigned to Operation BLACKJACK, tasked with infiltrating the Ace of Spades Mercenary company. Under the codename "CARDSHARK" he serves as a mercenary, fighting under their flag while all the time serving the true masters of America; the Enclave.
