Luca was leaning back on the wall with his eyes closed, thinking forward to their journey. A journey to the wasteland was sure to be perilous. He'll need to know each person's strengths and weaknesses if he was to protect anyone. Especially the mages. From what he can tell, the human mage would most probably be a wielder of life magic. If she has healing capabilities, then that would serve everyone well...given that she would actually lend her powers to people who had oppressed her her whole life. And the other mage, the one he gave clothes to...

Luca wasn't really expecting any gratitude and was surprised when he heard his new companion approach and thank him. He opened his eyes and turned them towards the mage. [color=cyan]"You're welcome,"[/color] he responded in a tone that matched the even look on his face. He looked at Landvarian for a moment as he introduced himself and gave him a small nod. [color=cyan]"Luca Stormgrim,"[/color] he spoke his name in return. [color=cyan]"We will be travelling together from here on out, you can relax around me."[/color]

His words might not mean anything to the mage but he said it anyway. It was the most he can say to show friendliness.
