For general reference: Andy is a ghost that is trapped inside a life-size doll, able to move because of an unusually large power-source stone (I should name these) embedded in her artificial body. She lives and works in a prosthetics workshop, which also means that artificial limbs are a thing that exists (but are extremely expensive). The shop where she lives is probably one of the only places on the continent to get them.
