That top protruding bit right above one of the pairs of eyes. To scratch the top fringe is to show exasperation, to scratch the lower fringe is to show arrogance. I'm making a lot of Batarian fandom as I write, I've already written about their culture, religion and caste system. And no one  will ever take Ja'Far's one indulgence away from him, it's the only one he allows himself to have.
