As for Jehan's lance.

Squire Henri goes with Jehan.
Coutilier Charles, who is a slightly less heavily armed man-at-arms pretty much, could either stay with Jehan or go with one of the centre groups.
The three archers; imagine professional longbowmen of the hundred years war pretty much. I wouldn't really assign them to any special group. Rather I would see them begin to skrimish in front of the line before retreating behind it, and joining the melee once their arrows are gone. 

Valets are not really supposed to fight, so would stay with the reserve to fight as a last resort.
