I'll start on a reply, but it would be out of character for her not to call for an ambulance after someone fell three stories.  If Axel don't want her to, he is going to need a very persuasive argument, or to say outright that he doesn't want to go to the hospital.

I'm good either way, but don't know if you'd want to deal with that.
