Shdowpine and Havenborough are the least technologically advanced due to their beliefs and lifestyle. In terms of weaponry, the most powerful at the moment are medieval siege weapons, and plenty of folks still rely on their trusty blacksmith to arm them with a sword or flail. There have been experiments on Mallowater which has led to a part of the Academy getting engulfed in an explosion so they're getting there. Definitely wouldn't mind if anyone wanted to make a character using rudimentary forms of guns, but limiting that to one person since it's still experimental at their time.

Amphitheres can move on land, but they're slower (moving at below average dragon speed instead of their usual super speed). They can't fly either. Okay, now I'm imagining them as penguins, but yeah same principle.

[@ERode] Around two weeks, which is why a lot of people are still panicky and sort of scattered. There are still plenty of people in the original southern settlements, but a large number have begun to journey northwards to seek shelter. There's only been three recorded attacks, all at the same time, but the Leviathans have been quiet again although some report seeing them... lurking.
