He'd probably off her a couple times unless his transformations get suppressed, something Hoho's certainly capable of doing.  After that he'd get bored and start scheming ways to either take over Hell or cripple the Machina.  Who knows, maybe they'll get some cool side effect out of this failure.

Also is anyone else besides Dora, Miyu, and Sliske trapped down in the dungeons?

EDIT: Yeah that's right.  Miyu got stabbed, Sliske got half his head blown off, Dora did a dumb.
