Summon a large part of the army that belongs to Sliske, attempt a hostile take over that I honestly do not expect to work if Ira is up to the standard you've described.  Keep in mind his ultimate goal is to take over Hell and he's been building up the force to do that while fighting.

If you're against this, I'll have him do the dumb thing and square off against Ira and hope the others decide to join in.  Gotta love power struggles.
