~Day of Departure, [s]Swen[/s] Selvinia, Lyssa, Eith~
The next few days passed swiftly. Swen, or rather 'Selvinia' would have found a number of things if [s]he[/s] she read the book gotten after her encounter with Myrilla. One, the creature was resistant to magic. Two, it had the ability to manipulate fire to an extent. Three, legend states that 'It is a mad spirit that ate the fruit of Yomi'. It was said that the spirit, was once a servant of a deity known as Inari but was cast out and hunted, only to be sealed in a high mountain range far from the land. A group of exorcists and faithful of Inari built a temple, to make sure the beast was never freed again. It was early morning, early enough for Lyssa to be up and about. Lord Kostis had already prepared to make most of their trip fairly easy - a teleportation service to a small village some distance away from the mountains. They'd have to walk the rest of the way since it was in such a remote place, but it should only take a few days to make it there and back. He also had sent them another letter, telling them it might be a good idea to bring some warm clothes with them. Of course, Lyssa didn't bother to bring any extra layers. She'd just snuggle people for warmth~ "Hey hey! Sweeeeeen!~" Lyssa began pounding on Swen's door energetically, likely easily waking up anyone in the vicinity. "Hey hey, come ooon! We're going places aren't we?"
~Sorcha~
The next day of training, was a bit more technical in nature than the previous day. Since the kitten had brought up throwing knives, the dragon had some specially made for such a task at a blacksmith on a rush order. Fairly well made, a number of them, and if the kitten took good care of them, they could be used quite well with a bit of creativity and skill. With some more acrobatics practice, a bit of practice deflecting blows with her sword instead of trying to block the full brunt of whatever force she was blocking, Sorcha had to say she was about as good as she was going to get in the short few days she had been training. Sorcha woke early, leaving a note for Luna since she would for once, get up much earlier than she. She told the knight that she'd likely already be quite a bit away from the academy and to have fun on her little trip, and a small note saying that she should be careful and if she needed help not to hesitate to summon her if she absolutely needed it. Now, the dragon was waiting next to the lake, sharpening the edge of her Glaive and polishing it as she waited for the kitten to show. She was feeling well enough to fly the kitten swiftly some distance away towards the ocean to the west, but there was till a major problem they had to take care of. How exactly they were going to reach Gwynn. Livia only gave them her destination, not her route. She also had a few days head start on them, meaning she could very well already be a good ways there.
