[@Carsonomel] Alice As Alice waited for Caspen in the lobby, three pounds on the door got her attention. She ordered the two nearby guards to open the door cautiously, curious on who would knock so ominously. Alas, the body of a man in a suit of armor and long black hair bleeding out startled Alice as the guards slowly approached the unconscious man. Alice rolled her eyes "He's dying you idiots, help him in I guess, I shall go inform father at once." As she is walking, Alice pulls out a phone and texts Sarah, "Rush to the infirmary at once and inform them to prep for a bleeding out victim. Oh and bring me a mint tea." Alice enters the room to find Victor and her father conversing. Alice's face contorts a little, she knew how Victor saw her as a stain in the family. They didn't necessarily get along but this wasn't the time to start anything. "Father I've come to inform you that there is a man in armor bleeding out on our doorstep... I figured you'd want him to at least be looked at so I had him rushed to the infirmary." Pride relates more to our opinion of ourselves, vanity to what we would have others think of us." The words of the book filled Sarah's mind as she was engrossed into it. A buzz rang out from her phone. The phone Alice got her because "I don't want you to forget how much I do for you, you have a life here now, you might as well enjoy it." Is what Alice said as she purchased the phone for Sarah but really it was used to just relay orders out when Sarah was not close by. But the text about the dying man surprised Sarah, Alice wouldn't normally order something like this. It was as if she had a heart...or something like that. The next text didn't surprise Sarah at all. She got up and closed the book, wondering whether she should make the tea first or go to the infirmary first.
