-ignoring everything in the thread except the OP- I hope you feel better sis. One of the things that i find helpful is to do something so seemingly insignificant and small that I have always wanted to do. You can make a list (I like mental list, because these insignificant and small things that I want to accomplish grow all the time) and do them one at a time when your depression feels somewhat overwhelming at the time. You saw how excited and happy I was to make my own laundry detergent, something your family has been doing for a long time, and it doesn't seem a big deal to you as it does to me, but I was happy to make it and use it. But we all cope with depression differently, and what works for me might not work for you. All in all, I hope you find something that helps you out. <3
