[@PlatinumSkink], I'd like to expand on Alwyck's abilities. You are correct in that essentially, Alwyck is for all intents and purposes a top-level human. His ability to use the dimensional cage, such that it is, is limited to personal use (hiding), in which case he must exit from the point at which he entered, so it's not really something he's going to be keen on using in dangerous situations. The cage itself had a lot of nasty things in it prior to his inheriting it, but since Alwyck actually wanted the things that Axxesh had bound to wreak havoc on civilization, it's pretty much a given that he'd have emptied it out first chance he got. If Alwyck were to try to imprison something, he wouldn't know how, and wouldn't have a vested interest in learning how to begin with. Much like his knowledge of portals, his expertise with the one portal he can actually manipulate is basic. As for the scythe, it's a fairly badass scythe. What I mean by cutting dimensional connections, is really the "soul-cutter" type deal. This scythe could cut through magical things, cosmic things, and things that lie beneath the mortal plane of existence. In the canonical past of this character, he's used the scythe to cut through cliffsides, deflect blasts of magic, and kill many, many people. Including gods. No, the real reason the scythe "cuts dimensional connections" is because Alwyck uses Vhairnouros to seal his prison's gate. If Alwyck has the key within his being, then his scythe is the lock. So if Alwyck were to lose his scythe, he wouldn't be able to close the dimensional portal, and if he were to say...be thrown into his own prison... But I shouldn't give Terminal more ideas than he already has of ways to screw us over. So to sum up, Alwyck can open a gate to a dimension that can store effectively anything, but which only has one exit and one entrance, which is directly centred on Alwyck himself. He also has a pretty sweet scythe which acts as the severance mechanism for the portal, sealing whatever is placed within the dimension inside. Also, I am going to avoid any sort of power creep when we get into the iteration itself, so to avoid surprises I'd like to add that Alwyck can use the scythe to manipulate the black fabric he drapes himself in, primarily to tie stuff, bind it, and essentially neutralize threats as best he can. It's not really an iteration breaking power, but I thought I should make it known, just so nobody goes "What the hell?" if Alwyck has reason to use that secondary ability. 1. Dimensional prison, opened through innate ability of Alwyck's. 2. Dimensional prison sealing scythe, also controls fabrics. 3. Alwyck is a top-tier humanoid, and he takes it upon himself to be as corrosive as possible to his surroundings, both environmental, and social. Naturally, he has resistances to the corruption that he himself causes. Expect very slight changes in things that are new/well-made/certain, e.g. flake or two of rust, irritation in those around Alwyck, but accelerated changes in things that have already begun to rot, e.g. faster fermentation of foods, pushing bitter people over the edge, etc.
