[@Charnobylisk] Actually, he wouldn't be able to. Maybe a little the first week after Zoie's death but after that, Ash most likely would have kept the booze under lock and key and made sure Dick didn't have access to it. (Along with telling anyone caught sneaking him booze would be kicked out.) And him getting drunk would have gotten him removed from Newnan by this point - especially if he attacked or brawled with anyone. Dick like Ryan are one of those people Ash is basically waiting on an excuse to put a bullet through their skull.
