She stretched, making the skulls on her dress crinkle and expand in odd ways, before setting off towards the central gathering point for every adventurer in a five-mile radius: Lefig Lawn. The quaint township was quite a bit more crowded than when Tiferet had last visited, so she had to duck and weave through the crowd of NPCs and players, occasionally stopping to investigate an odd smell, or to admire someone whose armor was particularly intriguing. By the time she arrived at Lefig Lawn, almost an hour had gone by, and Tiferet found herself with several interesting little baubles from a shop she had found (now stored in her fiddle case), a kebab (now mostly eaten), and a decent amount less money. Indeed, she had almost forgotten why she was in Thorinn in the first place. That is, until she saw the dungeon rising above her. A rush of excitement filled her veins, so intense that it actually made her go weak at the knees for a bit. Here she was, with a chance to explore something that was almost entirely foreign. Not just to her, but to anyone. Such an opportunity only came along rarely, and she’d be a fool to pass it up. Tiferet stared up at the dungeon’s many spires, the skull’s teeth painted on her face replaced by a huge grin. ”This is gonna be the coolest. Thing. Ever.” She started striding towards it (ignoring the few weird looks she was getting; happened all the time), but was stopped by the sound of a man’s voice shouting “Elian!” That wasn’t her name, of course, but it was the name of a certain dancer that Tiferet had had the pleasure of working with before, both in dungeons and in performances. While Elian could be kinda… What’s the word… Shit, I actually forgot the word, what was it… Fiery! Elian could be kinda fiery sometimes, but that was only if you were an idiot in her vicinity. Otherwise, the girl was a doll. Unfortunately, she was also on the other side of the fairly large central area. Tiferet’s mind was made up in an instant. She finished off her kebab and stuck the stick down the back of a nearby player’s shirt, then moved a bit closer to Elian, taking her fiddle out of its case as she did so. Once she had everything set up (and retrieved the knick-knacks that had spilled from the case), Tiferet put bow to strings and began to play a violin-only version of one of her favorite songs as loud as she could without being a nuisance. Hopefully this would get Elian’s attention, and earn her a bit of cash besides.
