Of course! I’ll put up a section for school rules as soon as I can. If you’d like your character to not be from a rich family, you could instead have him middle class and pressed by parents/legal guardian to attend, or give him an ambitious drive to attend.

I’ll also add in some other cities to the Overview of Prydain section shortly, to help you out. :)
