Given how your character said their ability was connected with their appearance, we tried to give you something we though worked well with that. But you do have one free do over, if you’d like to use it. As for Adventurers guilds, they have a variety of functions. Some serve as outposts for bounty hunters and odd jobs, others are dedicated to the population control of certain magical pests and monsters. Others are much more conservationist in nature, and protect forests, parks, endangered species, and fight poachers. Finally, some adventures guilds are more treasure oriented, either being outright treasure hunters, or made up of historians and anthropologists who want to discover and protect ancient heritage sites. The goal of the guild varies, obviously, and it comes down to what kind of Adventurer you want to be when you join one. I hope that cleared things up.
