Made a few edits to the OOC master post and its children. It's nothing new and exiting, it just better reflects what's going on in the RP now and some of the stuff we discussed in the OOC.

Also, I'm pretty much ready to post. I'm just waiting to see if [@Ariamis] is going to get their post up.
