Name: Nancy Jones Image or Description:
She's 5'6" in height.
Age: 15 Gender: Female Orientation: Straight Mage or Familiar: Mage Magic Type: Plants Known Magic Styles: Summoning Partner: TBA Personality: Don't let Nancy's outward appearance fool you, despite looking like she wants to beat you up and steal your lunch money, Nancy's a pretty chill girl. In fact, she's the type to happily give you some baked goods that she made with a smile. Nancy can also be a bit lazy at times, and though she doesn't mind to help people out, she won't exactly be the first to jump up to help unless it's something serious. About the only place you'll see a serious Nancy is in the kitchen when she's cooking or baking as those are her passions in life. Biography: If Nancy's family had a family crest, instead of lions or a dragon, it would have cooking utensils. That's because for as long back as any of them can remember, Nancy's family has always been cooks. About 4 generations ago, her family opened a small restaurant in the middle of Lynden and although it wasn't a 5-star restaurant by the time Nancy was born, it was a well-loved place by the locals. Nancy was taught at a young age to cook (which she quickly fell in love with) and was expected to take the restaurant over one day. Nancy was content with going to a regular high school, figuring she didn't really need any fancy education for her magic which was starting to manifest. But in the middle of her last year of middle school, she ended up winning a cooking contest and caught the attention of a well-known and famous chef named Rasmodius. Wanting to see Nancy reach her full potential, Rasmodius offered to sponsor Nancy to go to St. Fortuna. His reasons for this was that magic grown fruits and vegetables were becoming more popular, and a cook that possessed that sort of magic would quite possibly rise in popularity quickly. Nancy still wasn't sure, though, but her parents eventually persuaded her to take Rasmodius up on his offer. Likes: Baking, cooking, and being in the kitchen in general. She also enjoys dark goth clothing when she doesn't have to be in her uniform or in the kitchen. Also, enjoys tending to gardens. Also, coffee. Dislikes: Work that isn't fun, food past its expiration date, mornings, long lectures. Points: Stats: Proficiency: 2 Intelligence:4 Athletics: 4 Misc.: Enjoys trading makeup tips with Felicity. Also suffers from resting bitch face (but she doesn’t bite, I promise). She spent her summer being tutored in the ways of cooking by Rasmodius.
What is your character's dream career? Cooking in her family’s restaurant, or just cooking in general. Your character is caught telling a lie/cheating. How do they react? Embarrassed for one thing. Then Nancy would try to explain why she did it. Your character finds out someone close to them has been lying to them. How do they react? Nancy’s pretty forgiving and if the reason for doing so was decent she would probably forgive them quickly. If your character were given $50, what would they do with it? If there wasn’t anything she needed right that moment, she would probably save it for when she did. Someone close to your character gives them something very important and asks them to hold on to it until they come back. However, your character somehow loses it. What do they do? Nancy wouldn’t like it, but she’d tell the person that she lost their thing. She’d also try to do something to make it up to the person if she can, like buy them a new thing or keep looking if she’s asked to. Your character is given the chance to perfect any one talent. What do they choose? Cooking would be her first choice, but since she’s already working on that, then it would be something she’s always been curious about. Knitting. What is your character’s favorite book or movie genre? Why? Any other genre is fine but it has to have comedy. Because there’s nothing better in this world, whether you’re feeling up or down, than a good comedy. Who does your character admire/look up to? Her parents for one, but also other well-known chefs.
Password: I could go for a brownie right now.
