Quite variable for me, I'm afraid; I'm a medic and so it all depends on the amount of stuff coming in from on high, as it were, and whether I have to suffer long day plus on-call nights or not...

Minimum of once a week - whatever happens, I'm sure I can manage that. Most likely I can post more often than that, but I feel if I set the bar low then I shan't cause disappointment.
