With the weather that was going for a while she didn't bother to put any cover on the windows, but it seemed today mother nature had finally decided to grant them a boon of sorts. Just in the day of the wedding the weather had at least turned sunny. Granted Amelia realized full well it didn't mean it would be warm, but sunshine was better than the snowing they experienced. She slowly showed her head completely above her blankets, experiencing the chill in the air. Amelia made a grimace, blinking a few times and then yawned. If there was one thing she appreciated about snow was the fact it proved good way to spot approaching dangers from distance... when everything was white unless the danger was camouflaged also in white, it was easy to spot it. At least for walkers that weren't buried in the snow, frozen, unmoving, waiting for their flesh to thaw so they can rise and start making their lives into insanity once more.” Why is this never just a bad dream...” She mumbled, gathering all her willpower to slip away from the comfortable warmth that the blankets and her own body heat had created and show her skin on the cool air. Amelia shuddered for a moment before quickly pulled the clothes she kept near her bed on a chair. Frankly she never expected to experience such weather here. After she was dressed up, she quickly pulled one of the blankets and wrapped herself in it as she walked over to the window, her mind now turning to the wedding at hand. She liked weddings and it was the wedding of two people she liked, but that said Amelia was not good with weddings. Mostly because of the big number of people that tended to attend those. Taking another breath of gathering willpower, she put the blanket down and quickly made her bed, before exiting her room. She wondered if Riley was up, maybe she could ask her friend if she was going to go help out with the wedding preparations. She had went to check, but no one replied from her friend's room.” She's out already... and Mike's out on guard duty from what he told me...” She mumbled to herself, feeling a little disappointed, and turned around heading for the exit. Finally she decided to head to the Mess Hall. There was a constant need of help there no matter the time of day, so Amelia decided that her limited use would be of best help there.
