Well at the moment Taria is heading toward the Red Keep from the docks, though she's still a little aways. I'm guessing anyone smart would be running away instead, lol. So that could be a way to differentiate her from the normal folk. Hm looks wise she's distinguishable enough that she dresses like a man but looks most certainly like a woman, basically recognizable if seen before.
