Personality: Alexis is a businesswoman. Alexis made a fortune at a young age by taking the family business farther than anyone expected. Her family owned a tavern and while most stop there, Alexis, by employing pickpockets, thugs and other kinds of thieves. Soon after her business started, she opened more inns and places of pleasure. Her informants are now almost everywhere in Veranth and little escapes her ears. Of course, nothing she does can be traced back to her and while people may talk about her illicit deals in hushed tones...none can outright accuse her of something. Though she maintains enough of a pious appearance to not be hauled off for heresy, Alexis has isn't too vexed into the whole "Church" thing. Alexis can often be seen in one of her inns talking with patrons or other influential people in Veranth.
Of course, Alexis improved over the years and now has a few ships that trade goods in other kingdoms. While not making her, richer than her other activities, this makes people to forget how did she made the money necessary to actually buy the goods that she trade while also giving her businesses a legit look. Alexis is also known as a collector of exquisite goods from the world.
