Natasha smiled and nodded on the idea about keeping the piece of paper. She grabbed her earplugs and started up her favorite music list on spotify. She then started to think and type down a few gods she remembered. It weren't much and for a long time she didn't come further than Anubis, Horus, Isis, Seth and Osiris. She decided that it was something and started up her internet browser, there she looked up some more information about these five Egyptian gods. Anubis, a god with the head of a Jackal. Mostly seen as the god that looked over the process of mummifying after someone died, priests that did the mummification often wore a mask that looked like Anubis. Egyptians also believed he watched over the death. Horus, a god with the head of a hawk. Egyptians believe that the ruling pharaoh was the 'living Horus'. Horus was the protector of the ruler of Egypt. Several different believes went round about Horus. One of the most common was that Horus is the son of Isis and Osiris. After Osiris was murdered by Seth, Horus and Seth fought for the throne. Horus lost a eye, which was restored to him and became a symbol of protection for the Egyptians. After the battle, Horus was chosen to be the ruler of the world of the living. Isis, a goddess with a headdress that looked like a throne or a pair of cow horns with a sun disk. Isis is a very protective goddess, using very powerful magic spells to help people in need. She is the wife of Osiris and mother of Horus. She is very important since every pharaoh was considered the 'living Horus'. She looked at her word document and felt proud. Even though she had to re-read a thing or two of the gods of Egypt, she knew some of it and felt really interested in learning more. Now was she a overall nerd and liked to learn a lot but some topics just were more her thing than others. She looked at the clock and saw she had only a few more minutes left. She started reading again and wrote down in her own words what she thought was important.
