With ginger hair, green eyes, and even similar mannerisms, the twins have a lot in common [b]Professor Margaret[/b] - one of the founding pillars of the college, and still a persuasive and commanding figure today, Margaret's preference for the simple and straightforward belie a mind capable of astonishing complexity and unyielding steadfastness in the face of danger [b]Sylvester[/b] - Margaret's nephew is a thoughtful, even pedantic man, sometimes too clever for his own good but a follower by nature. A student at the College [b]Mr. Jonathan O'Connor[/b] - a dry but efficacious man with distinctive silver hair and a lot of experience under his belt. The dean of admissions for the College, he is a keen judge of others' character and flaws, and a talented compensator for them [b]Guðrún Eva Mínervudóttir[/b] - though quite the looker, particularly with unforgettable waist-length red hair, Guðrún's impulsive tendencies and lack of tact tend to hurt her in social situations, so she's more at home with her textbooks than other students [b]Amelia Rosenvalt[/b] - one of the College's few student teachers, Amelia is both a pretty face and a demanding taskmaster, though she is hardest on herself [b]Déaglán Ó Foghladha[/b] - as well-known and well-liked among the staff as he is, the College's janitor is someone without a lot of awareness about the event nor much persuasive ability, brought along during the recruitment process more or less for show [b]Michael Lambert[/b] - though inclined to self-doubt, Michael is as capable a newly-graduated computer scientist as the College could ask for. Clean-shaven and personable, if a bit awkward at times, he is adept at following instructions but somewhat flustered if plans go astray [b]Doctor Howell Hallow[/b] - sporting a trimmed black beard speckled by gray, sunken eyes, and a cynic's features, Hallow is a peerless historian and striking realist. He prefers staying out of the limelight, but if the situation calls, his laserlike focus and razor-sharp ken, spurred on by pride, can dissect any situation and turn it to his favor [s][b]Manfred Thöger[/b] - a student of paleontology at the College, serious and goal-oriented almost to a fault but prove to anxiety. His fretful, finicky demeanor imply obsessive compulsive disorder, and while it is true he enjoyed keeping things clean, he enjoyed discover far more[/s] Devoured by Gurbanox before the Crucible began [b]Fukutsuno Kiriagi[/b] - formerly a student athlete, Kiriagi treats his chosen subject of dead languages with an enthusiasm few can muster. His confidence can be infectious, and more than once he's braved the mysterious City to help recover artifacts, by which he's always fascinated [b]Oren Erumel[/b] - with his platinum blond hair slicked back, eyes always seemingly closed, purple-rimmed glasses, indelible smile, and extravagantly ostentatious manner of clothing, Oren is the spitting image of a bizarre trickster. Quick-witted and a lover of puns, he boasts both a wide vocabulary and an odd sort of intuitive charisma. A distant 'friend' of [i]someone[/i] at the college, he plans to serve as the tournament's announcer [b]Pieter "Noseless" LeGroning[/b] - a six and a half foot giant of a man rendered without a schnoz thanks to his obsession with understanding the City's strange artifacts. Sporting curly black hair, a trimmed goatee, and bushy eyebrows, while given to wearing eccentric outfits, he rocks a look all his own. Not especially talkative, he prefers to do [b]Jaroslava "Monkeyboy" Zaporozhneva[/b] - the very definition of a tomboy both in looks and attitude, Jaro commands an emotive, assertive, and often cheeky persona that others can find hard to make sense of. She works as a carrier, moving things and information throughout the College as necessary [b]Nancy Czevizch[/b] - despite being by all accounts an adult, Nancy's sheer joyful energy, combined with a powerful imagination and colorful use of language, mark her as one still embracing her inner child. Brilliant green eyes and cheery red pigtails punctuate this conclusion. While on good terms with practically everyone at the College, her immaturity prevents her from escaping her role as an assistant. [b]Rene Rodriguez[/b] - stuff, smart, sincere, and brutally honest, Rene is someone to whom humor is mostly a foreign concept, but it hasn't prevented him from excelling in his role as an art historian.
