[@Polaris North] She's from a completely different multiverse. One of the reasons, why she has amnesia. The Jaina'Res Multiverse, is where she's from originally. And her birth planet in that multiverse is called Jainus IV and she's a royal princess, the youngest royal princess of the Tetra-Lira Royal Family. 

However, that scar on her leg, is from an injury she had when she was 7 years old, half the age she is in that multiverse. And it causes her so much pain, which she has to take Illogical Serum, a pain killer drink that also has alcohol in it but it is not that much of that alcoholic taste. There's no law to drink on that planet, so any age of child can drink it if they are in pain, but her mother was the one who created it. 

However, your character might call her 'Ms. Clumsy Dragon since she is clumsy.' However, the only bad news is she didn't take any of her medicine with her. So yeah, the Pulsar Dragon Cloak and the Iron Heart Sword are the only things she has to lessen the pain, without that drink. Since its like 800mm of Painkillers within it, and no one ever overdoses on that drink, which is shocking. The Injury messed with her entire 'magical essence' since someone was trying to KILL her. But her parents couldn't find who done that since they called it a freak accident and that was it.

The age to become queen on her homeworld, for the Alister Continent is like 20 years old. And the only way to figure out if it is a Pulsar Dragon/Human crossbreed is two things, All Humanoid Dragons of that type have Blonde Hair and Blue Eyes with Rainbow Colored Wings growing out of them. And the maximum the wingspan on their human form can go is only 3 ft and it takes awhile for that to occur.
