[@l0ck0n] The sub power has a little too much. Sub powers are supposed to be passive skills, that really couldn't have much power on there own. Controlling voltage in his hands is a bit powerful for a sub power. Maybe something like after he fights or during a fight, he has light voltage on his skin that will shock anyone who touches it. In that way, it wouldn't be able to really cause any damage on its own.
