[@Rain] The only big thing leaping out at me is that we don't have any artifacts or anomalies here, just in case you didn't catch that tidbit from the OP. Mutants are fair game though.

Send a PM CCed to [@Fyre Unholy], [@Mercenary5], and myself, if that is the case. Your proposal follows basically the same format (side-stories used to take a break from a main, overarching narrative) as that which we're using for another project in the works. Let us know.
