Now that we're close to capacity, the need for NPCs rises.  While I will go to the effort to do all sixteen if necessary (drawing mostly from characters I've previously made) I would be happy to see a bunch of player-made ones.  I'm sure that there are more lost characters of yours who'd like another chance to 'shine', as well.  Of course, if you're already at work or indicated that you'd be doing one, this announcement isn't specifically for you.
