When the train stopped, Souls groaned, for she knew it was her stop. As uncomfortable as the seats in the train were, they were practically heaven compared to the idea of getting up and actually watching outside, where she'd no longer be protected by the curtain covering the window. After a few seconds of contemplation, she decided that she had to get up if she wanted to go to this Xanadu of an orphanage. As her eyes crept back open and she sat up straighter, preparing to get up, a young man, if she was being generous, for he appeared to be nearly a boy, passed her and tossed her a white pill bottle, which she failed to catch due to her sluggish reflexes. It bounced off her arm and fell to the floor, giving the girl no choice but to bend over and pick it up. Examining the label, she found that it was aspirin. "Thanks..." she grumbled, but by the time she found the strength to speak, the boy was long gone. She popped the cap off with one of her claws, before retracting it, and guzzled down four of the pills. She then grabbed her backpack and swung it over her shoulder, making her way off the train. Once she was off, the doors closed and it started back up again, signifying that no one else was getting off, and her arm flew over her face to block the sunlight that made her headache even worse. She pulled out the pleated letter out of her pocket and unfolded it, reading before finding the information she was looking for: the car they were taking was to be a black one with a license plate reading 3D3N. She gave a small nod and made her way to the car that matched the description, seeing only five other kids, two of them being younger than the rest. She then directed her attention to the man in front of the car.
