All xenos are trash, but they could be trash thats not so bad. Ultimately gettimg rid of them is the goal.

From a scale of 1 to a lot I would say quite a lot. If your world was very imdustrial and all, then the Empire would be likely to place many guards there, and have their own facilities.

[@aonly9470] I cannot really measure income yknow, cause I dont want to bother with any statistics. Like I said, I gave you a guideline, which you may or may not follow. Do whatever you want, but the more serious things you do, the more serious the Empire will react.
