These lands are divided into several countries, which act as states for the united land's rulership. These countries go by the names of Aluin, Edrein, Ospela and Sniyum Prium, where each has its own traits, key-locations and aspects that improve the strength of the Imperial Mass. All are rich in several resources, and provide their own importance to the Empire. Ever since the demise of the Great War, life has been prosperous, and the continent has been able to rebuild itself to the greatness it was once before. From the deserts of Sniyum Prium to the Capital of the Imperial Powers in Ospela, it truly is a remarkable place to live. Well, it would be even better if the Civil War hadn't begun. Two forces, the Rebel Alliance of the Fe' Nas Insurgency, a race that look exactly like the Imperials but are distinguished for their slight power within their blood, and the Imperial Forces of the Ryathan Empire, have found reasons to fight one another. Many historical battlefields that have claimed many lives have already resorted to key areas of the entire Continent. Many were caught in a crossfire between the two, but recent months have found the entire course of the war to stand at a stalemate. Not knowing who is preparing to push next, both forces have resorted to standing their ground in defensive strategies, waiting for the next group to push onwards... Meanwhile, during the fighting, an organisation is rebuilding itself once again from the ashes of its former self. Once known as the Zodiac Legion, a sub-race of enhanced beings containing the powers of the Charius, the Felscars rise in secrecy. Sworn as an organisation to oversee the realm from secrecy, dictating the course of history, they have returned from their own destruction as the Felscar Union. With the war already in full swing, they are bound to attempt to increase their numbers, picking the side that is rightful to win, and change the course of the war to the best of their ability. It's time for history to be made, deciding who will live and who will die...

Haycla is divided into four countries. Ospela, where the Empire's heart is, Aluin, where the plains are, Eredin, where the mountains peak and Sniyum Prium, home to the Great Desert of Prium. Most of the South is controlled by the Insurgency, whilst the North is strongly defended by the Imperial Legions.

Though it stands as the worst conflict to ever happen within the Haycla Continent, The Great War opened the gates to newfound developments for the Fe' Nas and the Ryathan's. It stood as a cleansing process for the growing Empire, who were in a desperate situation of running out of raw materials. They had to expand themselves further into their own country, and spread to the other three countries of the continent. Prior to the Great War, there were striving numbers of other creatures, races and species that roamed on the lands and skies of the four countries. Soon, though, that was to change. When the Imperial Alliance, consisting of the Fe' Nas for their powerful abilities and the Ryathan's of the Imperial Blood, tried to peacefully expand, they were met by the natural creatures with great hostility, thus beginning what some now consider to be the mass genocide of every non-imperial species. The forces were quick to mobilise, and a forty-seven year long war had commenced. At first, the Natural Creatures, consisting of the Elvish race running the war formally, with several creatures, such as trolls, satyrs, nymphs, sirens, naturally defending their habitats from the progressing and desperate imperial forces. The Emperor, Gurat Ryathan, had however taken a large and unexpected advantage of these creatures. Without the consent of anyone but his own, he secretly began a special-task force known only as the Trappers of Ryathan. These Trappers worked under the detection of the Imperial Citizens, capturing small groups of any opposing species and beginning a cattle of many different species. Only the ones that were easily manipulated were kept alive during this process, and those who resisted were quickly killed off. They spent the course of the war breeding these creatures to create a small force of their own, hoping to convince the offspring of the Imperial life if the war were to continue on for any longer. The use of manipulation was against the Code of the Empire greatly, but the rule was never overlooked by the Emperor or his officials during this process. By the time the war had ended, many of the species were deemed extinct, or highly endangered. Elves were pretty much non-existent, and any who was went into hiding. Very few creatures managed to keep themselves unharmed, such as the Mountain Trolls, who still to this day defend their habitats and dens from passing Imperial Patrols. The War ended, eventually, and the Imperials had seized control over the entire continent. In a few decades after, the Fe' Nas were to be the next target of the Emperor...

The Rebellion of the Fe' Nas, the species of powered humans that fought proudly alongside the Imperial Ranks, did not come as a small-time rise against power. It was a slow process, and has led to the largest bloodshed since the Great War's conclusion. It was not a randomised protest that had kicked off, and in fact it was a result of the Emperor's worry and concerns for the stability of the Empire. In the Capital of Mrakk, where Gurat Ryathan, Emperor still, a rogue Fe' Nas terrorist plot against the Imperial authorities had nearly taken the life of Gurat. Though it failed, it quickly caused the Gurat to be concerned of the Fe' Nas, as they were the ones who had the terrorist. With that, he began to take radical action, for reasons still unknown to most, where he began to slowly remove the privileges of the Fe' Nas within the Empire. First of all, it came in the form of removing their ranks from the Military, them being deemed unwanted and useless in peacekeeping. At first, it only sparked annoyance, but once jobs were being removed and the Imperial Forces became incredibly xenophobic towards their presence in Imperial Cities and Towns, a small protest began to kick up. This protest was generally quite incredible. Hundreds had joined to see them march their way to Mrakk, in the hopes that they would be able to make a change by being the first individuals in the entirety of recorded history to peacefully rise against the Emperor and make a change. These were innocent individuals. Husbands, wives, children, workers and the homeless. They all came together as one to spread the word of oppression and deliver justice, allowing them to have their rights back for their contribution in the Great War. However, this was seen as a threat by the Emperor, and he secretly ordered Marksmen to wait in the nearby mountains of where the protest's path was. The protests became more violent in Mrakk and the other cities, as the March came closer and closer to the capital. It began to become more of a threat towards the Emperor, forcing him to take violent action. In order to silence the home-battle of morale he was facing in Mrakk, he'd have to remove the source and catalyst to their goals...And so, when the protest passed the marksmen, he ordered them to fire. This resulted in hundreds of lives being lost within an instant. The Massacre of the Fe' Nas March was supposed to suppress any form of rebellion, but only further increased it. All Fe' Nas began to riot violently in the cities, mainly Mrakk, which led to crossbows and swords to be drawn by the Imperial Forces. A short-lived battleground in the streets soon died down, but most of the Fe' Nas departed all the city gates and headed south. Within months, word spread around the Empire of a new force, without any official name, rising and fighting back in the South of the Continent. Imperial forts were captured and towns were ransacked, and soon enough, the Insurgency and Rebel Alliance of the Fe' Nas was born. These powerful humans were quick to act, and soon liberated the entirety of the Southern Continent. A War had now begun, between the oppressed Fe' Nas and the controlling Imperials. Currently, the war remains to be continuing for two years, and has now reached a stalemate. However, the Fe' Nas rebels are secretly rallying in Ospela to begin an assault behind enemy lines.

Considered to be the Master-Race due to their mass numbers and intelligence, these are your bog-standard humans. They do not possess the powers of any known past species, and have been around for one of the shortest amounts of time, the shortest being the Fe' Nas. They have been the most successful species, with the ability to make tactics, build cities and strive across the mainlands of all the continents. Their presence in Haycla was never appreciated at first, but it was enforced after the Great War.

The Fe' Nas are the newest species to roam the realm, and have been here only since the downfall of the Zodiac Era. They are a species of Ryathan's that have a small part of their genetics altered. Consisting of a magical aura known as the Chias, they are the closest representation as to what the Zodiacs before their disappearance. This aura is not at its full capabilities like it was with the Zodiacs, and is in a small portion of a single power they have. Most powers are usually ever-day abilities that can be enhanced, such as a small burst of strength, the ability to make oneself seem invisible for a very short period of time. These abilities, though weak in comparison to the Zodiacs, are the threatening reason as to why the Insurgency caused by the Emperor began.

The Zodiacs were always a puzzling species. This might be to do with both their power and origins. They do not originate under one species. Like a parasite, they changed individuals into themselves. They don't have a specific appearance, so they could look like the pre-great war Orcs, or whatever. They were powerful, containing the full dosage of the Chias, a power distributed and watched over by the Overseer Dragon, Kytha. Kytha was the source of all Chias abilities, meaning his existence is what keeps the Fe' Nas powered in the current times. The Zodiacs were the protectors and overseers of the entire Realm, secretly watching from the shadows and sending a few of its own into situations to find a correct and balanced conclusion to the world. However, they met their end when a revolution of their own sparked, led by the infamous Zodiac Arnkel Aridmetis, who had accidentally caused disturbances between the High Council of the Zodiac Legion and the Lower-Ranking Zodiacs. The war was critical, and killed almost every Zodiac, save for a few who were not present. Their powers all spilt onto the ground, and by the time the war, only lasting 6 hours, had finished, the Chias spread into the air, and somehow found its way into a small town within Imperial Grounds. The members of this town became 'Infected' with small dosages of the Chias, which is what led them to become the Fe' Nas, which quickly populated itself to mix almost 1:4 within the citizens of the imperial legion. They, however, will never overlap the amount of Ryathans there are.
The Felscar Union are the remnants of the Zodiac Era. Very small in numbers, they have lost the ability to watch over the Realm, which is what allowed the genocide of the Great War to take place, as well as other atrocities and sinister deeds of the ever-changing empire. The Felscar's aren't known at all, unlike their predecessor. Currently, their goal has only stood to defend Kytha, who remains alive in his Dragon form. In order for the Ryathan Imperials to truly win, they would have to kill Kytha, the source of the Fe' Nas' power. They are aware of Kytha's existence, but aren't sure of where to find him. The Felscars have noticed the insurgency, seeing how it will threaten their own kind at the same time, and have decided to take action slowly. They will recruit those who are chosen by Kytha, those who are deemed to have the fate. Whether or not they will be successful, it is unknown, but they are coming closer to the day of judgement, where they pick their new Felscars.

Here, we see the species that were persecuted and manipulated by the Imperial Legion before and after the Great War. Information on these creatures can be looked up here. They will not include the same Earth location names, and many will be altered. Any questions come to me. - The Satyrs - The Basilisk [A Rare find, but are known to hide beneath the Great Desert of Prium] - The Dragons [Deemed too rare to find. Only known Dragon is Kytha] - The Sirens - The Elven Kingdom - The Goblin Kingdom - The Giants of Kileko Forest [Now extinct] - The Orc Tribes of the Southern Lands - Pixies - The Valkyries - The Vilas - The Ampisbaena - The Cerberus Packs

So, welcome to the Insurgency of the Fe' Nas, a Roleplay set in a Fantasy Realm where two races are put up against one another. For the Roleplay, we will be looking at the side of the Insurgency itself, later progressing the story line towards the Rise of the Felscars (The Second half of this Roleplay). The Insurgency is almost completely full of Fe' Nas, but I can accept a Ryathan or any other kind of humanoid race if there are reasons as to why they'd be accepted into the insurgency. The Roleplay is going to attempt to focus heavily on character development and narration, rather than the full-blown conflict. That's not to say there won't be any conflict, but most of it will be depending on how the characters train, mingle and live throughout the course of the war. And yes, the characters will be granted access into the Felscar Union later into the plot. The story line itself will follow the struggles of breaking the stalemate, as neither side is winning nor losing at this point. With each side facing its own struggles, the Insurgents we play will be posted in Ospela within a hidden camp located miles from the Capital of Mrakk. Now, we aren't expected to be excellent warriors, as most of the Insurgents were simple civilians looking to find a reasonable outcome in life. And through this Character Sheet, I'll expect to see it posted here in the OOC before I can accept it into the Character Tab.
Name [Does what it says on the Tin.] Gender [Ditto.] Race [Explanations aren't needed, I hope. Should be the Fe' Nas, but if anyone wanted to add a specific race to the Insurgency with a good reason as to why they should be added, then make sure you ask me first. Otherwise, it should be the Fe' Nas] Age [I'm going to set a limit, between 24-32, reasons are that those that are any younger are usually still trained by both sides, or see less combat, and any older are usually considered Officers of both sides.] Birthplace [Think of one of the Cities that are marked on the Haycla Map-Piece. Feel free to create towns and villages, but keep in mind that the only four major cities are noted down. If you have a smaller town or settlement you wish to create, inform me as well.]
Appearance [If you can provide an Image, I'd be most grateful. With this Image, you'll need a moderate description, which can also be used to add your own touches that may not be visible in the picture. If you cannot provide an image, then a more descriptive explanation will be needed to cover this segment.] Affiliation Gear [This tells you what their specified equipment is, whether they have any signature weapons and if they are dressed in any specific way.] Chias Ability [As the Fe' Nas, you should have access to one small power. Whether that power includes going invisible for a short time, spitting a small flame from their finger-tips, to lifting small metal objects, it should be something minor, but not too minor. As you will be granted greater powers during the Felscar Arc of the story, it'd be good to select something that might benefit, or disadvantage, your character.]
Personality [Again, no explanation needed.] Background [Try to make this interesting, but not too over-the-top. Try to be creative, but not too absurd. If you have something you want to put in that you might think is iffy, try to PM me on what details you can have for confirmation. This might have to be the most detailed segment of the entire CS.] Affiliates [This is who they know. Family, friends, other Characters...Include who they might have some form of relevance too, whether it is positive or negative. List whether they are deceased or not too.]
Strengths [At least Two of these.] Weaknesses [At least three of these. These would be more common than strengths, as not every character is an ultimate badass.] Character Theme [This is just for fun, don't think it is a necessity.]
Feel free to alter the looks, decorations and layout of this, even add your own segments, just as long as the necessary items are included. I'm fine with any pretty CS's created, just because it looks nicer. I will be altering mine as well, so don't be scared to do it. Honestly, it won't affect it far too much. As for the rules, however, they will go as followed.
1. The First rule is that I am a god here. You listen to my word, and if you disagree, you can disagree as long as it utilises a civil manner. 2. When making a CS, keep in mind that some things will be restricted. If you want to have a specific role within the RP, maybe then it'd make more sense to ask me. All these characters will play a major role within the storyline, as it progresses, but remember that it isn't always about the senseless combat and anger. 3. If you have anything that makes you feel uncomfortable regarding another Roleplayer or myself, instead of having a bitch-about them in the OOC, report the issue to myself, even if it is about me. I'd prefer to settle it to whatever standard I see fit rather than just blow it all away on arguments. The OOC is not a battleground, therefore it doesn't need to be treated like one. 4. Character interactions are brilliant, aren't they? Well why not encourage them? Interactions between characters is highly requested, though not enforced. The development in relationship between every Character will build up, as the final hours of the War will prove them to be useful and/or agonising for each Character. Romance, hatred, friendship and simply-making a drinking buddy...All of these are welcomed with great consent. 5. Be sort of realistic. Yes it's a fantasy genre-Roleplay, but that doesn't mean you get to summon the demon lord Salzar from the Plains of Tumblr...Or something along those lines. Try not to overpower one another, or even NPCs, in your posts, as I'm hoping to have quite a bit of vulnerability for each and every character. Don't just make some sort of Godly being that can practically wipe armies off the surface of the land with their eyelash, or something... 6. If you want to leave the Roleplay, by all means go ahead. Let me know, and I'll respectfully let you be on your merry way. We can decide the fate of your character from here, which'll be one less thing to worry about. If, however, you decide to leave, or just are inactive, for a huge period of time, then we're going to have some small issues. As long as you aren't holding anyone up, we won't do anything to your Character until you return or give us permission. However, if it is holding someone else up, then I grant the person full control over the character to at least finish the situation without harming them too much. Sorry if this seems unfair, but it allows people to keep moving without too much hassle. 7. I'm not looking for too much when it comes to posting. A Paragraph at the very least, which I refer to as 6 Long-Complex sentences as a minimum. You can write longer, by all means, just not any shorter.
From here, I do not see anything else to say. I'd like to thank you for literally spending your precious time reading this filth, but that's an achievement, isn't it? If this grabs your interest, let me know in the OOC. I won't be accepting characters until you've told me this. If your character does not get accepted, do not be offended, as it is just me being super picky. Once again, thanks for reading this post, and I hope I have grabbed your interest.
