[u]-1 Strength:[/u] Reggie's ability to [i]rally the troops[/i] and inspire loyalty is second to none. This includes encouraging people to go on "suicide missions."
[u]-1 Weakness:[/u] Anxiety, panics under pressure. 
[u]-Personality:[/u] Reggie is regal or slightly arrogant, depending on the spectator, but he utilizes this arrogance as a shield to hide his severe anxiety. Everything Reggie does is a calculated effort to reduce his anxiety and keep his mental state level. Even Reggie's  Occupation (Plasma-Welding), he uses as a therapeutic tool to calm his nerves. Reggie finds the electric-arc of his plasma-torch

With chestnut brown hair and pale green-eyes, Reggie might look striking if his face wasn't covered with a black bandana. He is rarely seen without his hood pulled up, although that describes most of the people in The City, currently.  [/color]

[color=fff200][b] [THE REVOLUTION][/b][/color] was initially a short story I wrote, regarding some of the violent protests we've all heard about IRL (Ukraine, Ferguson Riots, Baltimore, [b]Black Lives Matter[/b], etc.)
