[@6slyboy6] Fine, I'll say the tech level is about human level with a medieval twist. As for the war thing, it was the only way I could think to have the feudal system still in effect. I suppose I could say humans took the power away from the kings and their subordinates, causing them to openly rebel when Zane led the Draconi to war.
