Other Threats 

Warlord Krang 

A Super Mutant Warlord whose territory, located deep in irradiated swampland, straddles the XPR and CSA. Both states have tried to crush him for years without success. The PLA is currently mounting a major campaign to try and destroy him, so far with limited success. Both states hire out mercenaries to conduct operations against him. 

The Horde

A huge shapeless mass of Feral Ghouls that roam seemingly at random across the South. Moving without rhyme or reason, they overwhelm settlements and outposts at will. They stay away from larger bases, generally because some sort of collective memory reminds them that they will suffer heavy casualties if they try to attack.
