Kali watched silently as Zac volunteered to accompany Aang and Zuko on their trip to the Sun Warrior Ruins. She smiled for him as she was glad that he had decided to learn to control his anger and his powers. Thankfully, Aang said it was okay for him to tag along. Good! Who knew what Zac would learn on his excursion? Despite Kali's happiness, a single look at Althea made the smile drop from her face. Her looked very deep in thought until Katara asked if she was okay after she did not respond to Katara's offering dinner. Kali wondered what she could be worrying about. Perhaps it was Zac, but she would have expected her to feel some kind of relief that Zac was willing to try to conquer his darkness. I mean, they can't just pretend that he doesn't have a problem. Maybe she was concerned that the journey may not fix the problem, or hell, maybe even make it worse. But Kali highly doubted that could happen, especially under the supervision of Zuko and Aang. Kali pushed her self back a few inches on the stone edge of the fountain so her feet no longer touched the floor and began to swing them slowly, back and forth. She half wondered if she should tell Aang or Zuko to keep an eye on Zac in case anything was accidentally triggered. Kali had a hunch that, if he were to be enraged enough, he would be unable to distinguish friend from foe. Althea nonchalantly gotten up and sat next to Kali and asked her in a low voice if they could talk about Zac when they have the chance. Kali nodded in reply. "Why don't you come for a walk with me?" she suggested. "I need to get my limbs moving a bit anyway. I still feel pretty stiff from being passed out on the stone floor." Kali stood up from the fountain and let out a big yawn. "Me and Althea are gonna go for a little stroll," she announced to the group casually, figuring it wouldn't be that suspicious. She looked back to the green-haired girl and beckoned her to follow her down one of the inner corridors.
