[@Rhythmloid]Wow, two days already. Time flies when you're barely conscious for most of it. 

I have a suggestion. We could put a fairground atop the board walk. It would be like Santa Monica fairgrounds in L.A. but not quite as big. Sea Salt Bay seems like a New England town to me.
