[@Mega Birb] It also applies to Light and Space. Probably around 7-8 feet a second for things that move at the speed of light, like Light and Space. The curve of how hard it is to approach the speed of light is warped within the radius, so stuff like the rain is probably going about half a foot a second, superspeedsters like Juno could manage 2-3 feet a second.
