Lea most likely understands her boundaries and keeps their secrets (medically related and whatever the hell is on their profile) from the others and would only talk about it privately when it's consultation hours.

One of the reasons why I liked the idea of being a medic was using this wonderful excuse: "Admit it, you need me. Even if it isn't now, you would need me eventually."

A step to the right direction? With a cast nearly filled with psychopaths/sociopaths? I'd be surprised if she turned mellow.
