Nope, Kushiel is strictly a pacifist. He'll heal you, but won't kill or try to hurt people.

Darn... I was just planning for him to save Zeruel's ass. It fits in with the whole contract thing. In fact I was originally going to have Zeruel issue the contract for him to forcibly kill for Zeruel to keep existing, or otherwise he will perish amongst the Laguna Angel.
