I learned a lot in high school English, from this pretentious teacher that forced us to break down things and analyze them to the point of joylessness. It taught me to just go and read the book, listen to the album and play the game. The principle continues to sustain me as now various sociopolitical factions start to review things through the lens of their ideological dogma. As they say in Jersey; fuck outta here with that. If I don't like it, I can close the book, stop listening to the album and abandon the video game. And in the process, I learn something about what I don't like. PS/Edit: I'm just playing the game and enjoying it, instead of worrying about what it doesn't do or what each component symbolizes. I try to avoid overthinking my fun.
