Make no mistake, however. In her storm-grey eyes, lies a steel that cuts through all deception, and a canniness that will trap you, if you are not careful. Covered in scars, and toned to a fighting build, Andrea is visibly a fighter, outside of her armor.

[sub]
M I N D :
[/sub]

Andrea lives for one thing. The thrill of combat, the constant taste of death on the tip of her tongue, to see blood be spilt, preferably by her hand. It matters not whether it is in a duel or in war, so long as she clashes against another with the intent to kill, she is content. Despite this, she is not wholly unreasonable, and will obey commands given to her by her superiors, if only to be ensured a place in a battle. A product of her mindset, she only truly respectful to those that have proven themselves as strong, if not stronger than her.

[sub]H I S T O R Y:[/sub]

Andrea's family history is that of violence and blood. From cutthroat pirates they came, forming a raider-kingdom in ancient days that quickly fell, due to their violent nature becoming too much of a threat to everyone. After centuries of wandering as barbarian nomads, they were hired by a noble house as personal mercenaries, and the tradition of Albanes being the Champions of the nobility began. Andrea, herself, was raised for a singular purpose, however. Her mother and father sensed that there was a change coming soon, and so, when she was born, the Albanes capitalized on the opportunity. Training her from a young age, Andrea was a better duelist at twelve than most of her tutors. So, they then turned the twelve-year old loose on the courts, which were in upheaval at the time, with the changes well on their way. She never forgot her first target. A boy of fourteen, of House Wick. His parents didn't agree with their house's extreme obedience to their oaths. They were sweet on each other, and he was, while the inferior duelist, the charming, clever foil to Andrea's aggressive, awkward personality. He likely didn't expect her to actually kill him, but Andrea was trained too well. He died in the ring that day, and Andrea was never the same. For six years after that, Andrea went on a vicious killing spree against dissident nobles, the younger fighter quickly becoming a sign of doom for anyone she was sent after. If you saw the girl on your doorstep, you were going to die. Despite her reputation as the 'Slayer of Princes' and the 'Butcher' among those that feared her, she retained the title of Champion, and eventually, being the most successful Champion, was gifted the Silver Armor of the Albanes, from the House's Patriarch, her Great-Grandfather. After that, she was known as the Silver Champion, because, well, what else would anyone who wanted to keep their head call her? Continuing her reign of terror in the courts of nobility, Andrea eventually caught the eye of the Legion, and she jumped at the call. The battlefield would hold more enemies than the courts, and she had weeded out the strongest dissenters already. The battlefield was a much better fit for her, honestly. There were dozens upon dozens of minions that were thrown at her as so much chaff, and she could slaughter to her heart's content. And when a more skilled opponent was thrust upon her, she relished the challenge, skill matching skill. After all, what is life for, if not for dying?

[sub]M O D U S O P R E R A N D I:[/sub]

Murder. Not fighting, murder. When going up against the fierce Champion, it is not so much a fight as a slaughter. Trained in combat with many weapons, Andrea is practically a walking arsenal, but she generally goes into battle with her longsword. She's a front-line duelist, meant for taking out any important targets she sees, as well as handling anyone who gets between her and her target.

[sub]O P I N I O N S O N O T H E R S[/sub]

[@Hexaflexagon]Verse: A kindred spirit. Verse revels in slaughter, like her, even if said slaughter is a means to an end. Andrea has heard the rumors of Verse's true form, that of a Tainted, and doesn't care. She's just glad to finally find someone who gets her. [@neogreggory]Arthur Wick: The Albanes have always been in the same circles as the Wicks, although they have had a rocky relationship at times, due to their different duties and viewpoints. This doesn't stop Andrea from admiring Arthur Wick as one of her few heroes, however. He is one of the few people that ever beat her in a duel, although she is much stronger now, and looks forward to testing her might against him. [@Virgil]Myaenthar'Sul: To be honest, Andrea hasn't much of an opinion on the Kobold. She doesn't pay much attention to him, which is most likely in the Kobold's best interest. She wouldn't have much patience for him if he did attract her attention. [@Tancuras]Reika: Andrea thinks highly of him, even if he uses sorcery. She's heard of his accomplishments, and finds him a worthy comrade. A bit odd at times, for he refuses to become the warrior he could be, but she respects him anyways. She does urge him to become a better warrior, and doesn't understand when he walks off, eyes flashing. Why would anyone not want a natural advantage? [@Lexicon]Magatha Toil: The Godling is necessary. Otherwise, why would she be in the Legion? Of course, Andrea doesn't have that high of an opinion of her, skulking about like a thief, and relying on poison, the coward's weapon. She doesn't avoid Magatha per se, but she always manages to be somewhere else when Magatha is around, (different duties, for the most part,) and that suits her just fine. [@Iuniper]Aeudla Vesnat: Doesn't like her all that much. She's handy with a bow, but that's it. A bit too snooty and la-di-da for Andrea's taste, anyways. Andrea never had much respect for sorcerers in the first place, and her attitude doesn't help anything. At least Reika, while using sorcery, is useful. [@Drunken Conquistador]Saga-Hanir: A conundrum. A strong comrade, and of the same social rank, Andrea and him should get along quite nicely. However, for some reason, he seems to dislike Andrea. She might be singularly focused, but Andrea isn't a fool, nor blind. Beneath that cool politness is a genuine distaste, and Andrea can't understand why the man might possibly dislike her. He is one of the few people in the camp who she is disappointed by his distaste with her, and every time they're near each other (common, as both are front-line fighters,) she tries to puzzle out the reason. [@Dogematix]Marcus: She likes him. A quick young man, and a... capable fighter, even if he wasn't on Andrea's level. She appreciates the young man's efforts in the Legion, and looks forward to turning him into an even stronger warrior. I mean, who wouldn't want to be trained by the woman who slaughtered her way through the ranks of the nobility? [@Dark Wind]Tristanya Aurelain: Yet another standoffish mage. And compounded by her usage of daggers, yet another coward's weapon, not suited for open combat, Andrea views Tristanya with disdain. Why can't more mages be like Reika, supplementing their natural force with magic, instead of relying on it totally? Either way, if it's a way to avoid throwing herself at another enemy, with a test of skill and violence, Andrea dislikes, and Trist embodies most of these things.
