He opens the door and grabs a knife from his boot. 

"I will get you out."

He pulls the belt out far enough to get the knife in and slices straight through.  He helps her out and gets her to the top of the ditch and into his truck, turning on the heater as he waits for help to arrive.  He hops in the truck with her and takes in the warmth. 

"You alright now?"
