Tyler walks into the room where she is being cared for. 

"I am here Ele." 

He says to reassure her. The nurse looks over to him. 

"You her boyfriend?  Husband?" 

He shakes his head. 

"No, just pulled her from the car and helped her out earlier this morning." 

He says as he stands where Ele can see him.  He looks down at her. 

"Concussed?" 

He asks the doctor and nurse.

"Certainly is, gonna have to take it easy for a while."
