[@bluetommy2]I'll go ahead and break down my answers to your questions: For starters, I see a country-representation's physical age as being based on the IDEA of that nation's age. For example, during WW1, traditionally Polish land is divided between Russia and Germany, however the IDEA of Poland still exists, and is significantly aged, so I think that a Poland character in the WW1 timeline would be represented by an Adult. As for international organizations being personified, I think that they should, but it should be shown that this personification cannot act on their own, especially in the case of the League of Nations. Basically using them as a kind-of joke character, who often request or demand that things be done, but are routinely shot down by their member nations. Lastly, for unions, I think they should be two-nations, but seen almost like a marriage or romantic situation. If you use Scandinavia and the World as the example, where each nation has a male and female representation, you could say that Male Austria is married to Female Hungary, and possibly vice-versa(depending on how weird you want things to be).
