Price had almost wanted to give up on finding an exit, but decided to keep trying anyway. It was either that or let his inner demon take over, something he had been trying avoid for who knows how long by now. [i]Guess my 'get me out of here before I turn' idea didn't work.[/i] He guessed he would have to continue trying to find the exit on his own.

Joey was still trying to figure out where the cackling noise came from and eventually came across three creatures that looked almost like hyenas except they appeared to be made from sand. The sand hyenas were still cackling as they moved forward, licking their jaws while looking at what they probably thought was an easy meal. Joey's eyes narrowed a bit as he got the idea. "I'm not food, go away." If he had been wishing for company, this was not the kind he was hoping for.
