[@TheFake] "Ah, of course" Hotaru replied, in a rather chipper voice As she reached for a bag of bread, Hotaru came to realize that this was probably the most extended contact she had had with Haruko. They weren't particularly close, but they knew of each other. [i]Hmm, maybe I should change that[/i], she thought to herself, reaching back for the bread, and picking out a nice looking specimen. Most of Hotaru's freinds came from similar interests and groups as her; language nerds, others obsessed with foreign cultures and countries, and gamer kids. It might be nice for a change to have someone to talk to who could introduce her to new things [i]Break up the monotony a little bit[/i], she smiled at the thought "Here you are," Hotaru said brightly, handing the bread over to Haruko. "Say, Haruko," she spoke again, "You said you didn't really have any plans for today, and well, neither do I. You wouldn't mind if maybe we hung out or something would you? I mean, I know we don't really interact much but, you seem like a nice person" She chuckled a bit, "in any case, it'd be something to kill some time"
