Characters are expected to learn more moves, be able to do bigger and more impressive things and get more creative with their powers as the RP goes on. As for learning entirely new powers, it's fine for a character to learn a new power or two, but try not to get too ridiculous. We don't want the power creep problem that DBZ, Naruto and Bleach had XD
